Important Fee Information
Payment Schedule Options
Upon registration, Institute of Holistic Nutrition Online requires a CDN $250 non-refundable tuition deposit/enrollment fee. Acceptable methods of payment are Cash, E-Transfer, Cheque, Interac, MasterCard, Visa and Money Order. All tuition invoices/receipts are e-mailed, unless requested otherwise. You have one opportunity to change your payment plan in relation to options B through C.
Option A
Payment in full of CDN $6,400.00 + $250.00 Deposit is required on day of registration for the complete Institute of Holistic Nutrition Online’s Applied Holistic Nutrition Diploma Program. This option is not available after the commencement of classes.
Option B
Deposit due with registration: CDN $250.00
2 installments (5-month intervals): CDN $3,200.00
First installment is due two weeks before the beginning of Semester.
Payment plan fee: $300.00 due with 1st Installment
Option C
Deposit due with registration: CDN $250.00. Payment of tuition on a course-by-course basis is due on or prior to the first day of class. Please view Institute of Holistic Nutrition Online’s website, or ask a Program Advisor for details. The course fees are subject to annual price increases, with the student paying the most current fee for a course. A change of payment plan C is permitted within the first 3 months and can only be changed to payment plan B.
Individual Course Pricing
Payment of tuition on a course-by-course basis. Payments are due on or prior to the first day of class. The course fees are subject to annual price increases, with the student paying the most current fee for a course. A change of payment plan C is permitted within the first 3 months. Payment plan C can only be changed to payment plan B.
Course Exemptions
Official transcripts must be submitted before the commencement of the program in order for a tuition reduction to be processed for exemptions granted. Official transcripts submitted or request for exemption after the student commencement of the program will receive consideration for course exemption but will receive NO tuition credit.
Canadian Residents – T2202 Tax Receipts
Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) must be provided as per Canada Revenue Agency for the issuance of tax receipts where applicable. Tax receipts, where applicable, within Canada Revenue Agency guidelines will be issued, for the tuition portion fees paid during the applicable tax year.
