This incredible school changed my career path and completely changed the course of my health. After attending IHN there was no plan B, I had to share my knowledge and get out there and start transforming people’s health.

Almost 2 decades later, I’ve done some really great things with my Certification. Countless events and presentations, webinars, collaborations with other practitioner. I co-authored a book called Eat Your Way to Feeling Fabulous. I have done “on air” health and weather segments for the Weather Network for several years. I’ve built my own private practice, designed online programs and my latest adventure was opening a Juicery in Toronto (just Northeast of the beaches) which just opened in July 2025!

Everyday, thanks to the seeds initially planted and nurtured by IHN, I get to live my purpose.
