My time at IHN marked a huge moment of growth and transformation. I was able to really zoom in on the healing power of food, lifestyle, supplements and movement to help myself, and others on their healing journey. It provided me with a supportive environment where I could be curious, ask questions and expand my knowledge. I’m grateful for my time at IHN and for all those who encouraged me on my path to delving into a new career as a nutritionist.
