Natasha earned her Ayurveda Health Counselor Diploma from the Mount Madonna Institute of Ayurveda in California under teachers like Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. John Doulliard, Dr. Kshirsagarhave Suhas, among others.  She is also a certified yoga teacher, having completed her training at the Salt Spring Centre of Yoga. Natasha currently offers Ayurvedic counselling, body work and massage in Vancouver, as well as private yoga/ yoga therapy and corporate yoga in the city.

Natasha has a deep love and appreciation for Ayurveda and is drawn to teaching Ayurveda and Yoga because of the transformation she has experienced in her own life; the holistic benefits, moments of deep realizations and overall happiness these sciences of life have gifted her. Ayurveda is constitutional in her teaching and therapy. Natasha teaches Ayurveda: Mind/Body Healing at Institute of Holistic Nutrition’s Online Campus.

AMB02 Ayurveda: Mind/Body Healing
This course incorporates the philosophy of Holistic Nutrition with spiritual and psychological approaches towards attaining optimal health, through the connection and benefits of sound body and mind. This course will explain the principles and practical applications of Ayurveda, the oldest healing system in the world. Students will learn about the three forces – Vata, Pitta and Kapha, that combine in each being into a distinct constitution. Practical dietary and lifestyle recommendations for different constitutions will also be explored in real case studies.
