Erika Weissenborn B.Sc FNH, CNP
Erika Weissenborn studied Food, Nutrition and Health earning a B.Sc. from UBC, and shortly after studied at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver. Rooted in her love of nutrition and food, she turned to studying entrepreneurship and business and in-turn built Fresh in your Fridge, providing personal cooking services to Vancouver clientele. She runs a team of holistic nutritionists, helping clients with weekly meal planning, cooking and grocery shopping. Erika also runs a private nutrition practice where she works with her clients on their habits and relationships pertaining to food, health and wellbeing. Erika has been featured in the Georgia Straight, Vancity Buzz and Populist Media and was voted the #1 Nutritionist in the “Best of Vancouver” in 2016. Erika teaches Professional Practice at Institute of Holistic Nutrition’s Online program.
