Caitie Chevrier BA, CNP
Caitie completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Health and Society from the University of British Columbia. It was during her time at UBC that she developed a keen interest in the effect food has on mental health and wellbeing. This interest led her to the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where she graduated with First Class Honours. Upon completing her CNP, Caitie immersed herself in research investigating topics ranging from the effects of cellphone use on social behaviour, to support within families, to the effects of diet on cognition. She considers herself a lifelong learner and lover of school so it’s only natural she found her way to teaching. Caitie is also a passionate writer, taking on freelance writing clients, as well as writing a personal blog about health and nutrition. In her spare time, she can be found cooking, spending time with friends and family, and travelling. Caitie teaches Advanced Nutritional Research at Institute of Holistic Nutrition’s Online program.
